With the growing internationalisation of the economy new requirements for communication structures and inter-connectedness emerge. Living and working realities being subject to different cultural influences have to open up for new structures and working conditions. Leadership personnel as well as staff members of potentially all departments have to co-operate with colleagues from all around the world. In order to accomplish specific tasks, culturally mixed work and project groups need to

Stereotypical cultural images however do not help here very much. Fixed patterns get in the way of dialogue, whether across cultural boundaries or within them. Basic preconditions for successful action are sensitivity and understanding for other behaviours and patterns of thought.
We focus on the specific goals and tasks of the participants and align our methods and didactics to the best possible transfer of practical experience and to the cultural characteristics of the respective countries.
